The society first began by a complete financial self – reliance through fund raising from different social parts, and also by making different activities in order to raise such fund.

There have been also some international parts which in their turn, realized the human aims, and its role in helping the marginalized people, so they began to support it technically and financially, which contributed in developing the abilities of the society and enlarging its activities, and also performing some in – kind projects.

- Some of those organizations are:

1. The Swedish organization for individual relief: this organization has begun offering the financial support and the administrative monitoring extension, which was considered as the main contribution in building the abilities of the society and continuing its role in giving, this sponsorship started in 1998 and lasted for 3 years.

2. The UNAIS (United Nations Association for International services): this organization has contributed in providing the local society with its needs of specialized skills in the domain of speech language pathology, this organization has recruited an international development worker to work on developing the quality of services given by the society, training other people to work in the same field, passing experiences to as many individuals as possible, and planning for development projects in order to increase the awareness in the society and rising up the level of services in this hygienic sector.

The period of this project was extended later to be four years.

3. Tamkeen project:

This project offers also the necessary help needed in the sense that the NGOs can be able to develop their financial and administrative systems, so that they can perform their activities and give more efficiency and transparency to its offered services.

The co-operation between the CCSNS and Tamkeen began on 5/6/2001 after its approval on providing the society with the financial and technical support needed for its proposed project that aims at the early discovering campaign of the speech , language, and hearing disorders in both private and public schools, besides the UNRWA schools. This campaign includes children of the second grade. The project included also different activities in order to raise awareness amongst individuals in the northern part of the West Bank .

The project it self was a great success and it has given positive results which benefited the children who have some speech - language disorders.

Those children were examined to know what kind of disorders they suffer from, and then they are sent to the society in order to get the needed therapy before the problems grows up with time in case they were not discovered earlier.

The great success of this project was a motive that made Tamkeen agree on extending its period to include another stage and a higher level of administrative and media services which aim – after all  at acquainting the people with the role of the society and facilitating the job of giving its services to the largest possible group of individuals.

4.  The British consulate: The British consulate has already offered a financial grant with (10000 $) in order to buy modern devices for diagnosing and treating speech disorders.

The grant helped the society to have the two basic devices of (Nasometer) and (visipitch), to which was the large effect in facilitating the job of diagnosing the case and the therapeutic sessions, by using such technique, the ways of evaluation and examining became more objective, and the therapeutic missions are now to be held within amusing atmospheres due to the entertaining programs offered by such devices.
